Oswego County Opportunities' Services to Aid Families (SAF) is Oswego County's licensed domestic violence and rape crisis provider. SAF provides legal services, advocacy, therapy, emotional support, safety planning, information and referral, transitional housing, and emergency shelter to victims of domestic and sexual violence. In addition, SAF provides victim compensation assistance to any innocent victim of crime.
